CELPIP Vocabulary Builder

Build and review a personal CELPIP word bank with examples, flashcards, and recommended vocabulary. Track mastered words and focus on practical terms that improve clarity and range in Speaking and Writing responses.

A consistent routine works best: add new words, review meaning and usage, and reuse them in short writing and speaking practice each day.

Strong CELPIP vocabulary is not about memorizing rare words. It is about choosing accurate, natural language for common real-life topics such as work, community services, daily routines, and personal opinions. Build your word bank by theme so recall becomes faster in exam conditions.

For each new word, learn a clear definition, one synonym, one collocation, and one example sentence. Then use that same word in a short speaking answer and a short writing paragraph. This transfer step helps move vocabulary from passive recognition into active, exam-ready usage.

Review mastered and unmastered words separately. Unmastered words should be recycled more often until they feel automatic. Over time, this process improves lexical range, precision, and fluency, which directly supports stronger CELPIP Speaking and Writing performance.
